IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This half marathon walk through Blackpool’s famous illuminations will commence at Midnight from Sainsbury’s Car Park on Red Bank Road, Bispham, Blackpool, to Starr Gate and back.

Places are limited and entries will be strictly processed in the order they are received.

1. Registration fee of£15 per person
   

2. Entries cannot be accepted on the night
   

3. Participants who are below the age of 16 years will need to be accompanied by an adult.
   

4. One form must be completed for each person.
   

5. Entries work on an individual basis but if you want to walk with friends the best way to secure their place is to send your entries together. Please bear in mind if an entry is incorrectly completed it will be returned and that place will not be reserved.
   

6. One cheque must be received with each entry. Entrant’s name must be written on the back of the cheque. An exception is made for companies with multiple staff entries where the company is paying the registration; this can then be paid on one cheque but must be attached securely to all forms it covers. Please do not send cash in the post.
   

7. If you are unable to walk you must inform us as soon as possible and you must return your sponsor form even if it has no sponsorship entries. You must not ‘give’ your place to another person. However, your place can be allocated to your contact via the fundraising office.
   

8. The registration fee covers all expenses involved in administering your place and is not refundable. We hope youwill raise a minimum of £50 in sponsorship which will go directly to patient care.
   

9. You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise in relation to your entry in the illumathon to pay for your expenses. You must pass all of the sponsorship money given to you directly to Trinity Palliative Care Services.
   

10. All entrants will receive a ‘Walker’s Pack’. This includes a T-Shirt and a bag for personal belongings on the night. On completion you will also receive a goodie bag together with a well earned bacon roll or a vegetarian alternative.
